About the event
A Women’s Codependents Anonymous (CoDA) meeting is a peer-led support group for women who want to better understand and change patterns of codependency in their relationships. Meetings provide a confidential, nonjudgmental space where participants share personal experiences, listen to others, and work through the CoDA 12-step framework at their own pace. There is no requirement to speak, and the focus is on building healthier boundaries, self-awareness, and more balanced ways of relating to others.
